Audi Jaya Holdings Sdn Bhd is able to startup successfully due to spirit of “Everyday Is A Holiday” from the founder -Mr Sam Lim.
Founder Introduction
The tale of Audi Jaya Holdings Sdn Bhd is one fueled by the unwavering spirit of its founder, Mr. Sam Lim, who epitomizes the ethos of "Never Giving Up Spiritual." This narrative traces back to Mr. Lim's humble beginnings at the tender age of 9 in 1972, when he harbored a simple dream of nurturing his own flock of pigeons. Setting up a small sanctuary atop his rooftop, he poured his heart into tending to his feathered companions.
However, fate dealt a harsh blow when his burgeoning hobby drew the ire of neighbors as the pigeon population soared, causing significant damage to the rooftop. Reluctantly, Mr. Lim was compelled to part ways with his cherished creations, bringing his childhood dream to an abrupt halt. Yet, in the face of adversity, his resolve to resurrect his dream only grew stronger.
Determined to turn his aspirations into reality, Mr. Lim plunged into the workforce at the tender age of 18. With an unparalleled work ethic, he ascended the ranks, transitioning from an office boy to a branch manager in rapid succession. Fuelled by ambition and tenacity, he soon ventured into entrepreneurship, establishing his first business within a few short years.
However, as fate would have it, economic upheaval cast a shadow over Mr. Lim's endeavors, sending his aspirations into a tailspin. Amidst the tumultuous journey, he experienced a profound setback, enduring a period of profound disillusionment and despair. Yet, from the depths of adversity, he gleaned invaluable lessons, emerging stronger and more resilient than ever before.
Through years of toil and tribulation, Mr. Lim painstakingly rebuilt his confidence, drawing wisdom from each setback and misstep along the way. And in 2007, against all odds, he rose from the ashes of his past, embarking on a journey of redemption and resurgence.

Audi Guest House
In the year 2011, Audi Guest House came to life, sparked by a serendipitous encounter with an AirAsia promotion offering flights for just RM9.90. Title Is Everybody can fly Inspired by the idea of making travel accessible to all, Sam Lim embarked on a journey to bring affordable exploration to the tranquil landscapes of Balik Pulau.
Drawing inspiration from AirAsia's philosophy of inclusivity, Sam Lim introduced bicycle rentals, inviting visitors to experience the beauty of Balik Pulau at their own pace. With the catchy slogan "Everybody Can Cycle in Balik Pulau," the guest house became a beacon for adventure seekers and nature enthusiasts alike.
But Sam Lim's vision didn't stop there. Recognizing the allure of rustic charm and authentic experiences, he set out to create a haven that encapsulated the essence of kampung living. Thus, the Kampung Wooden House in Balik Pulau was born, offering guests a glimpse into the traditional way of life amidst the lush surroundings.
Elevating the experience further, Sam Lim curated immersive cycle tours and countryside holidays, allowing travelers to immerse themselves in the rich tapestry of Kampung culture and embrace the serenity of nature. From exploring hidden trails to indulging in local delicacies, each excursion promised a journey of discovery and connection.
